I hope you all don't get tired of looking at my cakes. I am so proud of this. It is a dummy I made for the festival display. But I do have a shower cake to do for a drs office this week so I thought Id bettter practice. Who knows, it could mean more referrals
This is for my cousins son. I don't feel that this is one on my better cakes. I need practice on figures. Ducks are made with tootsie rolls

I am going to do some of these for our scarecrow festival and put sprinkles on it and sell it for 1.50. What do you guys think?
I am really proud of this one. Even though it is a dummy cake for display my daugher even liked it!! The roses and calla lillies are fondant
It didn't turn out too bad. It took a lot of time and I was frustrated a couple of times. Overall, it was fun to work on.

There were several different flavors in this cake. We had spice, red velvet, chocolate, white and yellow. the cake was fondant covered. The scrolling was made with black buttercream icing. The roses were red butterecream. Not much glitz here but I think definately glamorous.
