Giant Cookie Cake
Cookie cake for my sweet, sweet husband's birthday! I know it may seem a little feminine with all the flowers, but he requested a lot of chocolate icing be used......so I figured this was the best way. Besides, he loves to landscape and prune flowers, trees, etc. Ha ha! I used a 12 inch pizza pan with Nestle Toll House refrigerated dough, and Wilton canned chocolate icing for the decorations.

Man With Camper
Did this cake for my Dad for Father's Day. He and my Mom go camping almost every other weekend! This was my first FBCT. As you can see, my black outline was bleeding a little. Anyone know how to prevent this? Cake was coconut with vanilla buttercream icing (some shredded coconut mixed in).

Cookie Cake
Just a simple cookie cake that I made for my husband's 10 year service anniversary with AT&T (formerly BellSouth). 10 inch cookie made with Nestle Toll House refrigerated dough. Decorated with Wilton chocolate and vanilla icing. This was the first time I've tried a cookie cake, and it was actually really easy. I was pleasantly surprised!

2 Hearts
Made this for my husband for Valentine's Day. Red Vevlet cake with cream cheese icing and cake sparkles. Used 6 inch pan. I was not too happy with the way the piping turned out. It was my first time trying to do "scroll type" work and I need so much practice! My husband thought it was beautiful though, so I was happy.

Mini Cupcake Rose Bouquet
This was my first attempt at a "rose" bouquet. I used Wilton vanilla icing (in the small can), which I will not do again. I added a ton of powdered sugar, but it was still too thin. My Wilton teacher said that the Wilton vanilla in the large tub works great though. The cupcakes were made from Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix.

Chocolate Rose Basket
This was a practice cake for my husband's grandmother's 80 th birthday. We took it to TN last week when we went to visit my family and, luckily, everyone loved it. (We live in FL so it had to make a 9 hour trip.) This was my first time doing the basket weave technique. I used homemade chocolate buttercream for that, and I used Wilton chocolate icing for the roses, leaves, and shell border. The cake was a "Best Fudge Cake." TFL!
