This cake was for my daughter's 5th birthday. She couldn't decide btwn wonderwoman and Hannah Montana, so I made a double sided cake. More pics to follow. It was great fun and she truly enjoyed 2 cakes in 1.

Brianna's Princess Cake

This cake was a challenge for me. As a novice, I worked with new ingredients and elements here... but it was great fun. the frosting on the bottom cake is a dominican style merengue frosting. My girls and I licked the bowl clean, thats how yummy.

First Flower Bouquet

This is my first attempt at a flower cupcake bouquet. What fun!!. I was able to put it together despite my little ones running between my legs. The cupcakes are in a flower pot.

Birthday Cake For My Nephew. Transformers

This was a last minute cake. Thank God for Fast food toys...Transformer car taking flight on a dirt road. Vanilla cake with buttercream icing.

Little Mermaid

This is my daughter's 4th bday cake. Little mermaid is her favorite princess. Buttecream and MMF. First time using doll pan. Changed doll head to ariel's. The kids had a blast trying to figure out what the sand was made out of.

Dora At The Beach

This is my second attempt to make a birthday cake. Its for a 5 yr old. Amaretto and almond flavor cake with bavarian cream filling. I had a lot of fun with this one.

Dora And Diego Birthday Cake

This is my first birthday cake for a friends daughter turning 3. Diego is in search for Dora, who signals him with her yellow balloon. This is a vanilla cake with cream cheese and guava in one half, chocolate pudding in the other and two other fruit fillings in the round cake. A little bit for everyone.
