Brooke
I made this cake for my husband's cousin who got married 13 hours from our house. I got inspiration from several CC'ers, thanks! The bottom 3 tiers were dummy tiers, and I made them ahead of time and brought them with me. Fortunately, they got married on a ranch and the owners allowed me to use their caterer's kitchen to make the cake. The kitchen was AMAZING, but it was so hard working somewhere other than my usual spot. I swear I forgot all of the most important tools I needed and we were in the middle of no where! The Texas heat almost ruined everything, and I definitely shed a few tears! The buttercream literally melted off the cake as I tried to put the fondant on, and they didn't have a freezer! In the end, I was happy with it and so was the bride! God Bless you Texas bakers!

Fancy Nancy
I made this for a Fancy Nancy party. I am a first grade teacher, so I just love Fancy Nancy! So fun! The train down the back was the mom's idea, and I think it turned out so cute. I also have to say I am in love with the free collage tools on www.picnik.com. Great way to show different angles of the same cake! Buttercream with mmf accents and gumpaste crown.
