Strawberry Shortcake
7" and 9" tapered cakes. All buttercream decorations except for fondant bow, flowers, and spots. I let the customer carry it out to her car and she accidentally smashed the side of the cake. I'm still grieving over that. I may need counseling. ;) Edited to add: I welcome any constructive criticism. Really!

Scrolls And Ribbon
6",8",10",12",14" squares. Iced in buttercream with scrolls piped on and silk ribbon attached. Fondant and gumpaste monogram painted with luster dust. Delivered in a horrible rainstorm. Between this and the grooms cake (which no way am I posting except maybe in the "disasters" forum) I almost wanted to quit decorating. Edited to add: I welcome any constructive criticism. Really!

Clothesline
Vanilla cake iced in buttercream. Fondant clothes and baby booties. Thanks to cali4dawn for her booties tutorial! They were so easy. They weren't dry yet so I had to leave the tissue paper in them. The customer asked me to copy a cake she found a picture of. Please let me know if it was originally your design and I'll give proper credit. :) Edited to add: I welcome any constructive criticism. Really!

Calla Lillies
Gumpaste calla lillies. Cake covered with marshmallow fondant and silk ribbon. I was worried because I didn't get pictures since my camera broke while there. I worked all week on these cakes. The woman was nice enough to send me some pictures they took. Edited to add: I welcome any constructive criticism. Really!

Blue With White Bows
This is covered in marshmallow fondant and painted with pearl dust with royal icing borders. I made it to put on some cards I'm having printed up. I had my dad take pictures of it since he is a photographer. It was funny having a photo shoot for a cake. I have a confession to make though. When he was fixing the photo on his computer I asked him to "fix" a very small part of the border that was messed up. Edited to add: I welcome any constructive criticism. Really!
