I did this for a friend from my church. I saw cookies like this on the Wilton site and liked the look, so I did it as a cake. Feet are made from MMF. After starring around the edges, I wish I'd just left it plain. Too late now though. Do you guys do that too?
I did a couple of these. My edible image cracked on this one when I lifted it off the table to move it. AARG!!!
This is a 1/4 sheet cake. I've recently starting selling my cakes. I think the writing on this is HORRIBLE, but was afraid to try and fix it for fear of creating a bigger problem. Hope the mom is satisfied with it. I know I'm my toughest critic. The image is a BCT. Sprinkled some cake glitter around border to add sparkle.
This is a CCC w/Dora BCT. I'm not satisfied w/the transfer, but don't have time to re-do it. I think the kids (2-4 y/o's) will be happy with, even if I'm not.

This was a 1/4 sheet cake that I had no intention of carving until my 2y/o DS took a big hunk out of the side! It's for a family member. My 4y/o DD did the picture; then I scanned it onto a frosting sheet. They really look forward to their special cakes with the kids artwork on them.
This is a CCC for my daughters dentist's office. I started selling my cakes recently and try to donate a cake every week or so as advertisement if I'm not busy with paying orders. The picture is an edible image.
This is my first time making a giant cookie. A lady at our church organized a wonderful "Fall Harvest" Party for the kids. This is a little thank you gift for her. My 4y/o daughter did the pic then I scanned it onto a frosting sheet.

No Fails w/BC. This is my second attempt at a bouquet. One of the gals at work has a b-day tomorrow so I'll give it to her. Was going to try and put strings on the balloons, but I think I'll leave well enough alone. (I used the BC I had in fridge instead of waiting for my fondant to cool.)

This is made from leftovers. Thought it would be nice to make a Thanksgiving cake for my album. It's choc BC with ganache poured over top & decorated w/fondant leaves.
This is a 1/2 sheet w/BC frosting. Photos are edible images. I did the 2 tone border using a trick I read on CC to put the separate colors into plastic wrap tubes and then into a bag. Worked like charm.
This is a choc cake. Iced w/choc BC and then covered w/ganache. The leaves are hand painted and made of fondant. The customer wanted something in a fall theme.

These are leaves that I made out of MMF and then painted. I'm really pleased with the way they turned out. Should I charge extra for them do you think. I'm new at this.

I have decided to try and sell my cakes. From what I've learned on CC, the best way to drum up business is to give away free cakes and leave your business cards w/them. This is for the Pediatric unti at my local hospital. CCC w/whipped cream BC. Pony is BCT. I wasn't pleased w/the little lines in this transfer, so after I posted this pic, I Viva'd it. I'd read this in an old post. Worked perfectly! Will remember this next time and do it before I put the border on!

Church group is going camping. They wanted something for the little ones who'll have to stay at campgrounds while the adults go white water rafting. They requested a dirt cupcakes. This is what I came up with. CCC w/whipped cream BC frosting.
