4Th Of Julyfloat And 40Th Birthday

I always use our family birthdays to practice on cakes using a new something. well this time i used the chocolate fondant recipe from this site to cover the cake with. It was yellow butter cake with raspberry cream cheese filling. I did not care for the way it turned out. the darn fondant tore every time i picked it up.

Surprise

A friend of ours went onto my website and saw my orange version of this cake that i had made for young children. He was looking with his girlfriends daughter so she could order her mothers cake and she saw that one. When they came over I had to suggest that we maybe should change the colors to her mothers favorites. This what she chose. I think it was really great that he brought her to order her moms cake.
