This was my first attempt at petite fours. They aren't truly Petit fours only because they are one little block of cake. I just wanted to attempt the poured fondant. It was a lot of fun to do though :)
This was supposed to be the bottom tier for my daughters fourth birthday until she got the stomach flu last night. So much for that. So I decided to make a bow for the top just for fun, and dropped it off for the church coffee and tea! At least someone got to enjoy it.
Here is the top of my teapot cake. Needs lots of work!
This is my first shot at a teapot. I HATE how the spout turned out, but I am hoping it looks funky and whimiscal enough that it will pass off!! Practice makes perfect I suppose!

My spring/thank you bouquet
I just LOVED working with Marshmallow Fondant. This was my first attempt and now I know what I want to do differently. Can't wait to get started!
Here is the cake that I made for my sister-in-laws daughter. Lots of flaws, but it is my first baptism cake and the first of this design... I love it nonetheless.
This is my Easter Cake... my first attempt at Fondant.
