Saphire Blue Fondant Wedding Cake
this cake weighed more then any other cake I have ever done. Not only was it a lot of fondant, but one of the tiers was 6 inches high and was a double chocolate chip cake, which is heavy in itself! I was very unhappy with the fondant...it just didnt want to seem to stay on the cake!!

Buttercream Square Cake With Green Ribbon
this cake made me nervous as it was sitting not only in a window so you had to see ALL sides, but it was sitting up high in this window at a fancy country club, overlooking stairs and the entrance! Since the bride wanted NO design on the buttercream, I decided to go with a non crusting buttercream and smooth it. I didnt want any small little cracks. It turned out well! Those are real flowers and ribbon.

Desert Wedding
This has become quite the tradition around here, an all desert wedding. They ahd a chocolate fountain and candies and cookies and ordered a whole arrangment of different kinds of cakes. The biggest challenge for me was to keep everything labeled, so I knew which cake was what for placing!
