Groom's cake. I needed a bowling ball bigger then the wilton ball pan. Its made with 2 soccer ball halves (which gives you a flying saucer shape) I had to trim to get a ball. The base is fondant mixed and cut to resemble hardwood floor at a bowling alley. Groom's name was Hung. fondant covered choc. cake ganache filling
