My first bikini cake. It's the Darn Good Chocolate Cake recipe, with ganache filling, BC frosting and fondant bikinis. They are made in the colours of his footie team. I rolled out the white fondant, then put small black pieces of fondant on and rolled again.

I really wished I had more time to work on this cake. A friend asked me to make it for her boyfriend with only a few hours to do it. Her boyfriend is South African, now living in Australia. The rugby ball is choc mud cake, with BC. The flags are made from fondant.

A wedding cake for one of my sisters. Fondant covered with gumpaste orchids and real asparagus fern. Flowers on top tier are inside a cornelli bell. Lace and extension work are on all tiers.
