Fire Truck Cookies
These are NFSC w/ Royal icing. I made them for my son to share with his preschool class tomorrow for his birthday. Unfortunately, my son has Pneumonia, so he won't get to enjoy them with his classmates! (Btw..the 51 stands for Squad 51 from the 70s tv show, "Emergency" per my husband's request! LOL)

Teacher Of The Year Cake
I made this cake for my daughter's school in honor of their Teacher of the Year. Since she is the Art teacher, I thought a paint palette would be nice. It is a half sheet white cake with Buttercream icing and fondant "paint". I made the palette and accessories out of fondant so that she could keep them as a souvenir of the occasion. The overall design didn't "pop" like I had hoped that it would, but I think the staff was appreciative all the same!

Alyson's Baby Shower Cake
This is a 10" chocolate cake with buttercream and chocolate fondant accents and a 6" white cake with buttercream and chocolate fondant accents. The bow topper is made from gumpaste and painted with pink luster dust. I made this for a baby shower honoring my husband's secretary, but it could be used for any girlie occasion. Thanks for looking!
