Made this for my Mom's 60th. The bottle is gumpaste and painted with thinned gel paste. The label is rice paper. The shavings are white chocolate.
This is a 4", 6" and 8". They wanted a small cake, but wanted 3 tiers, so this is what we came up with. All BC.

Inspired by Krissy_kze. The golf ball is covered with MMF. The tee is a plastic support attached to a bouquet collar and then covered with MMF. Had some problems after it was set-up, but hopefully they were happy!!!
This was for an after rehearsal wedding party. The bride and groom liked different teams, so... "The Joining of Forces". The helmets are cake covered with BC. The face masks are gumpaste.
The layers are 8', 10" and 12" covered with MMF and fuschia ribbon. The calla lillies are gumpaste and the grass is rice paper. Not sure where the original design came from - she gave me a pic and said this is what she wanted.
A soon to be bride just had her bday. They wanted to surprise her with this cake. Her colors for the wedding are fuschia and green. The tiara has her new monogram on it. The tiara is royal icing and sprinkled with shimmer dust. The cake is covered with MMF and painted with luster dust.

For my DD's 5th Bday. The tiara is royal icing painted with luster dust. The template is from Colette Peter's except I changed the middle from a cross to a K. The cake is covered with MMF. The tassles and border are also MMF painted with luster dust.

Another football helmet! The face mask is gumpaste. The bottom half of the helmet is an 8" cake and the top half is a dome pan with an 8" base.
I absolutely loved ellyrae's butterfly cake. All of her cakes are stunning! So, obviously she inspired this cake! The butterflies are rice paper with edible ink markers and royal icing bodies. The cakes are covered in MMF and painted with thinned gel paste. The rocks are also MMF. I didn't match my colors as well as she did - But I hope I did her justice!!
