She Wants It In The Shape Of A Stethoscope!

Hey CCers!! I have a client that wants a cake in the shape of a stethoscope. I'm thinking to myself, does she realize how skinny and small a stethoscope is??? If anyone has any ideas to help me out I would appreciate it. She said it needs to feed about 20 people.

I don't think making a cake in the shape of a stethoscope is practical. I've seen lots that are round, square, rectangular with a stethoscope on top:

Yeah, I think I am just gonna have to talk to her. I just can't think of any way a cake in the shape of a stethoscope could possible work. Unless if it was a cake made in the shape of a stethoscope with a stethoscope on top of it.
