hello i have made marshmallow fondant and it is in recipes and people loved it. i haven't made it in quite awhile i just can't figure it out, the first large batch seemed to greasy i add more sugar didn't help,
this batch i add more crisco it still sticks to the roller,, add sugar same thing it's mixed well it is driving me nuts can anyone help, thank you
What is your recipe? The only butter/oil/shortening in it is a tiny bit of butter I coat the mixing bowl with to help it not stick.

My first time was with a recipe using shortening and I did not like it. I next tried a recipe without that I found here and it worked wonderfully.
