Can someone explain why my MMF is so soft that I cannot make figures as they wont stay firm?
I added tylose and still don't work.
My first time making figures with MMF. Should I add more sugar? Or didn't add enough sugar at the time of making it?

I have found that if you just keep kneading more & more powdered sugar into your MMF it WILL get a firmer consistency. I have made mine as firm as I needed just using extra powdered sugar.
You can also try adding a bit of corn starch. I've found that adding more and more powdered sugar sometimes just makes it sticky and likely to crack. If it's not too late, and it's not something that you need to taste yummy, try mixing MMF with gumpaste, or even MMF with modeling chocolate.
