Hi guys,

 I been wanting to make a marshmellow smore cupcake frosting. Do you guys know any recipe that will make this frosting? and what tip to use to pipe into this look? Thank you so much for your time.

Sorry, my eyes are not good enough to see the frosting and I can't get the picture bigger.

AMake a simple swiss or italian meringue and blow-torch it.

Vgcea,

  Do you know by the picture if they used a marshmellow frosting? Also if i use swiss m, do i use a open circle tip to get this look? Thanks in advance!

In order to get a large mound of buttercream on my cupcakes, I always use a large round piping tip. I really like Ateco's piping tips. :grin:

Have you considered that it might just be a meringue, like on lemon meringue pie?

It's not a frosting but a simple meringue that's been blow torched. Any large round tip should give you similar results.
