AHow do I put two 9x13" cakes together and make it look seamless?

Good Question, I have been asked to make a huge sheet pan cake for a friend for a big party, and I don't have a big enough oven. I thought I might just put icing between the edges and stick them together like bricks. It's all going to be frosted over anyhow. (it's helpful to be able to go to this CakeCentral site and read everyone's comments)
