AI am making my first wedding cake for my cousins step daughter. They have invited 150 guest. And would like a cake to serve 150. She would like a square cake 3 tiers in height. what sizes should I make each tier?

According to Wilton the 8", 10" & 12 inch should yield 154 servings.  Here is their site.

I'd do a 14" sq x 10" sq x 6" sq, so they can freeze top tier for 1st anniversary.
