This is what I am trying to achieve. I have searched and searched what I should use for the fruit part but can't find a thing! Has anybody ever done anything like this or have and suggestions for me? Thank you ever so much for any help (:
AI used pureed raspberries with 1/4 cup caster sugar, 2tbs corn flour and 1/4 cup of water. Mix water and Cornelius together until smooth. Place berries, sugar and cornflour mix in saucepan and bring to the boil whilst stirring until it becomes thick. This makes a thick easy to pipe delicious jam like filling. I love it
ATry using a strawberry berry compote, even better a triple berry compote would be thicker and delicious, when I make mine its thick enough to hold on top of a cupcake. HTH
Boil your favorite jam for five minutes. It should thicken up nicely enough to spread like that.
