Hi,

I have crumb coated my cake in buttercream, and im going to cover it in fondant tomorrow.

Whats the best way to store the crumb coated cake overnight? Fridge Freezer or on the bench???
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like to wrap mine in plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator.  The next day I take it out for a couple of yours and then I finish decorating.

For future information once a cake is properly crumb coated it can sit at room temp for up to 3 days. 

NO cake should be stored in the frig unless it has a perishable filling.
