I normally price my cakes by the amount of servings. But when it comes to extra decorations such as roses or other flowers, I just do not know how much is a fare price for each. I will appreciate any input on this subject.
Thank you

Extra decorations meaning what exactly?

If you have a very plain cake and the roses or other flowers are the main decorations (assuming they are in buttercream or royal) then to me they don't warrant an up charge.

If the cake has some really intricate piping on it, then roses cascading down the side, then I can see an up charge.

If they are gum paste flowers, then I'd price them the same way I would a cake. Supplies + labor + profit. But again, I'd factor in how much decorating time I'd actually be doing on the cake as well.

Just a heads up, texasSugar probably won't see your reply as she hasn't been active for nearly 2.5 years.
