Ingredients
- 21/4 c flour
- 1/2 c uns butter
- 1/2 c (crisco) veg short note it has to be this brand
- 1/2 c sugar i use the really fine one (bakers choice) brand
- 1 cap full of vanilla i use my mexico vanilla it is delic i buy it in Tijuana Mexico 100 pesos 10 bucks i can gladly send samples to who ever wants one IF YOU PAY SHIPP
Instructions
- MIIX CRISCO AND BUTTER UNTIL FLUFFY ADD SUGAR THEN VANILLA THEN FLOUR SLOWLY DO NOT OVER MIX OR THEY WILL BE HARD I USE MY STAND MIXER WITH BEATER TO MIX BUTTER SUGAR CRISCO MIX THEN I SWITCH TO PADDLE FOR THE REST BUT THATS JUST MY CHOICE
- YOU WILL THEN MAKE SMALL SIZE BALLS MINE ARE THE SIZE OF A QUARTER OR SMALLER I DONT LIKE BIG SIZE COOKIES FOR THIS TYPE OF COOKIES ONLY!!! YOU THEN SMASH DOWN EA COOKIE A LITTLE AND PLACE IN YOUR COOKIE SHEET PAN OR ANY TRAY U HAVE THEY WILL SPREAD A LITTLE BIT NOT MUCH 350degree for 10-12 min thats all any longer they will burn or taste funny I LOVE THIS COOKIES THEY MELT IN YOUR MOUTH !!!
