Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Cream the butter then gradually add the sugar, beating until light. Add the egg, vanilla and cream or mik and beat throroughly. Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder together, add to the first mixture and blend well.
3. Arrange by teaspoonfuls on cokie sheet, 1″ apart. (I like to flatten a little with a glass cup dipped in sugar)
4. Bake for 8-10 min. or until lightly browned.
