tried this frosting and it was really yummy and rich but still spreadable
Lynn Kearney’s best chocolate frosting
3 oz unsweetened chocolate
3 Tbs butter
3 c confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3-8 Tbs milk
in a double boiler melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Add chocolate to icing sugar and beat on med until it resembles chalky beads. Add the vanilla. Add the milk one tablespoon at a time until spreadable consistency is reached. Beat until fluffy.
