Double chocolate chip brownies

I found this recipe on a Ghiradelli chocolate wrapper. These brownies are very moist and fudgey.

They are sure to go quickly!

Double chocolate chip brownies


  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 6 TB butter
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 C white chocolate chips


  1. In a small sauce pan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat; whisk until combined. When completely melted, remove from heat and let cool. In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Slowly add in the butter/chocolate mixture and stir until combined; add flour and mix thoroughly. Stir in white chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Best served warm, but taste wonderful after completely cooled also.
