This cake is the perfect Potluck or simple entertaining cake! Try it and they’ll love it!

Punch Bowl Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake prepared and cooled

  • 1can of strawberries (pie filling)

  • 1 can of crushed pineapples ( drained)

  • 1 small box of vanilla pudding

  • 2-3 Bananas (opt)

  • 1 small container of coolwhip or heavy whipping cream ( I like the whipping cream)

Instructions

  1. After the yellow cake is cooled you cut it into pieces size doesn’t matter….mix the pudding and the can of crushed pineapples together….mix the strawberries and half the container of coolwhip together….slice the bananas
  2. I use a punch bowl….First layer put some of the cake in the bottom (kinda like when you make banana pudding)bananas… then you add the pineapple mix then another layer of cake and bananas…. then the strawberry mix then cake ( continue intill you get to the top) at the top you add the coolwhip or heavy whipping cream ……Its best to make this on the day you need it cause the bananas will turn brown….( if they do it’s still super great) Don’t take my word make it and try it!
