Bailey’s chocolate crem filling


  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 6oz milk chocolate
  • 1/4 cup bailey’s


  1. heat whipping cream untill hot enough to melt chocolate. remove from heat add chocolate and bailey’s stir untill smooth. refigerate untill cold. then use mixer to whip

I tried this recipe and no matter what I did, it would not whip up. It just stayed runny. Any ideas what I did wrong? It tasted delicious!!
