EASY, EASY PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter

  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. pineapple (don’t drain)

Instructions

  1. Mix as you would any other pound cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
