I used this Nutella Mousse to fill cupcakes, but would also be great to fill a cake.
Nutella Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup nutella
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream and coffee granules in a small mixing bowl, stir until dissolved, and then add nutella. Beat with electric mixer on medium for 1 minute. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl, and continue beating for about 1 minute until very soft peaks form. Chill for a minimum of 4-5 hours, great to prepare the day before.
- (Note: mousse mixture is very soft, but will firm up when chilled.)
