This is wonderful on Carrot Cake or pineapple cake.

Pineapple Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 8 cups confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large Bowl beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy add juice beating well. Gradually add confectioners sugar, beating until smooth.
