I made this cake for a school bake sale and one lady bought us out!

Super Moist Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 can (15oz.) Pumpkin (Libby’s)
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • your favorite pumpkin spices

  • Topping:

  • powered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mike all ingredients together on Medium for 4 minutes. Pour into greased square baking pan (9×13 or 2 9″ square). Bake 35 min, or until the toothpick comes out clean! Cut into squares and pot with confectioners sugar!
  2. Enjoy!

  3. We said it was no sugar added, and told them about the mayo and it really sold!
