A SMOOTH STEAM CAKE – Blooming like flowers
It’s a perfect cake in the afternoon plus coffee!!

DEL’S BLOOM CAKE

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs yolk
  • 1 white egg
  • 200 gr plain flour
  • 150 gr sugar
  • Soft drink (no colour) 150ml
  • 1 tsp cake emulsifier

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with high speed mixer, except the soft drink. Pour soft drink a little at a time until finished.
  2. Total 7 minutes.
  3. After that put in the aluminum mold and steam for around 25 minutes.
  4. Serve:
  5. 10-12 pcs with small mold
  6. 5-7 pcs with medium mold
