Just tried a variation of the vanilla-white choc. cupcakes recipe I have and it surpased the original in taste. The best ever!
Choc. chips cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 Devil’s food mix
- 1 small chocolate pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet choc. chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 Celsius).
- Mix together cake mix and pudding. Add eggs. oil, sour cream and water and mix thoroughly for about 4 minutes. Add chocolate chips.
- Fill cupcake cups 2/3 full and bake for 25 minutes. You can frost them if you want, but they taste soo good and are so moist, frosting is not needed.
- You can bake these as bundt cake, for 55 minutes.
