Easy quick cake

Ingredients

  • 250 ml whipping-cream
  • 180 g icing sugar
  • 4 small eggs (or 3 big)
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 270 g flour
  • 1/2 tea spoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. All ingredients simply mix in all (use electric whipper). Baking time: 25-30 min
  2. Cut in two slices and use filling and decorating at will.
  3. Very easy and tasteful cake.
