Easy Sugar-Free Yellow Cake

Pre-Heat Oven 350° Bake between 20-30 Minutes


Amount Ingredient 1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour 1 Cup Splenda 1 Teaspoon Baking SODA 1 Table spoon Baking POWDER 1 Cup Sour Milk 2 Eggs 1 Egg Yolk 1/4 Cup + 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter 1 Table spoon Vanilla Flavoring or extract 1/2 Tea Spoon Mapleine or another flavoring of your choice


Pre-heat Oven to 350 1. In large measuring cup mix Milk Eggs Butter and Vanilla and any other liquid flavorings of your choice (maple, almond etc..) 2. In large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients and whisk together. 3. Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry untill it is combined. 4. Pour batter into a 9in round cake pan and set on middle oven rack to bake. (350° for 20-30 Minutes) I'm not a frosting lover so when the cake comes out of the oven I rub butter over the top and eat it just like that. Hope You Enjoy
