You'll taste the difference when you use Hain organic ingredients and fresh lemon in this quick icing recipe!

3 cups Hain Pure FoodsÂ® Organic Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup Hain Pure FoodsÂ® Margarine (or butter) Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 Blend sugar and margarine together. Add the lemon juice and zest.

2 Be sure to cool your cookies or cake before icing.
