Caramel Chocolate Pecan Fudgy Filling or Frosting


  • 1 Cup Caramel Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Cups* Powdered Sugar
  • 1 4oz Bag chopped Pecans
  • 2 Tbs Water


  1. Melt 1C Caramel Chocolate Chips in microwave safe bowl with 2 Tbs water. Mix until smooth. Add P.sugar, 1/2 cup at at time and mix until smooth before adding next 1/2 cup. You may not require all 2 cups, should be a thick gooey consistancy when it’s ready. Finally, add pack of pecans and mix.
  2. You can put this as your filling inside a cake, or pour is over the top of a yummy warm cake and it will crust slightly, as it cools. If you need to refridgerate, you may need to warm it for 30 sec at a time in the microwave until it’s stir-able. This has a RICH caramel fudge flavor.
