Chocolate Ganache III

This recipe is form a family friend that is an amazing baker.

Chocolate Ganache III

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2tbs butter
  • 2tbs sugar
  • 12oz chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a sauce pan, combine cream, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Take off heat add the chocolate chips
  2. Don’t stir, let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes pass, stir until smooth.
  4. Maybe foamy from milk. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  5. Let cool or pour on warm.
