4 unbaked, 3-inch tartlete shells
3 ounces almond paste
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 ounces melted chocolate
Preheat oven to 325°F, and place unbaked tart shells on a baking sheet.
In a food processor, combine almond paste, egg, and granulated sugar.
Spoon mixture into tart shells, and top with slivered almonds.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool and drizzle with melted chocolate.
