Low Cal Icings

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Two egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/3 cup sugar substitute of your choice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon flavoring of your choice

Instructions

  1. I got this in an email today from another decorating website that I belong to. Thought this might help, as I have seen questions in regards to icing for diabetics and those with calorie/sugar concerns:
  2. To start, here’s a quick, easy icing recipe you can use for almost any cake. The greatest thing about this one is that it only takes about seven minutes to make!
  3. #1) Low-Calorie Icing
  4. Ingredients:
