Parisian Cream

Came up with this recipe after searching for a Parisian Cream cake filling. All I could find was Parisian Blonde mixed drink recipe, so I adapted it for a filling.

Parisian Cream


  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tblsp. sugar
  • 1 oz. rum
  • 1 oz. orange liquer


  1. Whip cream to soft peaks, then gradually add sugar.
  2. Continue whipping to stiff peaks. Mix rum and orange liquer together and gradually add to whipped cream.
