Cream Cheese Icing (Southern Living)
Ingredients
- 12 oz container frozen whipped topping (not light or fat-free)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and sugars and mix well. Fold in whipped topping.
yes its nice and light but its gritty from the granulated sugar. I tried this with 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar and it tasted much better and no grit.h
