Fuzzy Navel w/ liqueur

This cake is really good! It can be made into a regular cake or a bundt cake, depending on how you want to do it. The book calls for it to bake at 350 degrees, but I baked it at 325 without problems.

You can put an orange glaze on it or you can ice it ( I iced it with a vanilla/orange flavored icing… yummo!)

Fuzzy Navel w/ liqueur


  • 1 pkg white cake mix (18.25 oz)
  • 1 pkg peach flavored gelatin (3 oz)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 C orange liqueur
  • 1 T grated orange zest
  • 1/2 C orange juice
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil


  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and mix on medium for 2 minutes. Spread evenly in prepared pan and bake until done.

Have you tried using this for cupcakes. I've never thought of using gelatin mix. I've always stuck with pudding mix. I'm going to try this one for sure!!
