another recipe i got from a bakery i worked at.. these are my family’s favorite!

Lindstrom’s oatmeal raisen cookie

Ingredients

  • 2# brown sugar
  • 1# margarine
  • 1/4 oz salt
  • 8oz eggs
  • 3oz milk
  • 1 Tbs vanilla
  • 2# cake flour
  • 1# 4oz oatmeal
  • 1 oz baking powder
  • 1/2 oz baking soda
  • 1# raisens

Instructions

  1. 1.cream together sugar and margarine. Add eggs and milkand vanilla
  2. 2.add flour, salt baking soda and powder. mix well
  3. 3. Add oatmeal mixing well. add raisens
  4. 4. bake at 350
  5. sorry i dont have a baking lengeth.. i eyeball them.
