Chocolate Italian Meringue Buttercream

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white, semisweet or bittersweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Start with the Vanilla Meringue Buttercream recipe. Melt and cool chocolate to room temperature. If the chocolate is too warm it will melt the butter. Beat in with balloon whip until well blended.
