Banana cup cakes.

This is a recipe I tried from Hello Cupcake. It was so delicious and soft. Not sticky at all. I topped it with cream cheese frosting. It was out of this world. I hope you will all find this easy to make.


Amount Ingredient 1 2/3 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3 medium ripe banana 1/3 cup buttermilk 1 stick (8 tablespoon) butter 1 1/4 cups sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla


Preheat the oven to 350. Mix the dry ingredients together. In a bowl mash the bananas with buttermilk. In the mixer beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Then pour in the banana mix alternately with flour mixture. finally add vanilla to it. bake it in the oven about 15-20 minutes. Mine really took 20 minutes. To my cream cheese frosting I added a half a package instant banana pudding to add a banana flavor. It tasted great. I know its cheating but no body died so far and it really does taste great. I

How many cupcakes did this yield? Great idea with instant banana puddin to creamcheese, i do this same thing but in my cake batter! Thank you.


It makes about 18 standard cup cakes. Also I would love to have the recipe for the salted caramel frosting it sounds great.
