Easy chocolate cream frosting-Splenda


  • 1 3/4 cups light whipped topping
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/4 cup splenda


  1. Place whipped topping in a medium bowl. Gently fold in cocoa and splenda. Overmixing will break down cream topping. Refrigate until use. May be spread or spooned onto cakes.

35 calories per serving, 4 grams carbs, 1.5 grams fat (1.5 saturated). Diabetic exchange = 1/2 carb

I was looking for an easy low carb frosting and tried this recipe. It held up OK but I used heavy cream and made my own whipped topping. Is the light whipped topping low in carbs?
