Miniature Cream Cheese Cupcakes

You can never eat just one…My Mom has made these for years, and now I make them. A great recipe for a finger food dessert. Great for parties, weddings, showers etc…

Miniature Cream Cheese Cupcakes


  • 2- 8oz. pkgs creamcheese (softened)
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 3 eggs seperated
  • Graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla
  • Cherry pieces for garnish


  1. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and egg yolks. Fold in stiff egg whites. Butter mini cupcake pans, and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Fill 1/4 to 1/2 full with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a clean towel.
  2. Combine topping ingredients and spoon a small amount onto each cupcake. Garnish with cherry piece. Refrigerate and seve chilled. YUMMMMMMMY!
