Not exactly sure what this is a description of and the instructions are very short. What do you do with it after it is in the pan?
This appears to be a fudge mixture. I have something similar, just without the milk, and it makes a rich and delicious a fudge. So my suggestion is then to quickly pour it into a well greased tin (could perhaps be lined as well) and leave to cool and set. Just before it is completley set cut into squares (or however you wish to cut it).
